Every piece of Jen Williams Jewellery is individually designed, created and handmade by me in my home studio in Nottingham. Wherever possible I use eco-friendly silver, this means that my pieces are created from 100% recycled sterling silver and is produced in a sustainable way.
I really care about quality and want you to be confident in your purchases from me, which is why I only ever use recycled sterling silver, sterling silver and fine silver sourced from long-established reputable UK companies in my designs.
I like to create contemporary pieces using semi-precious stones and beads, fossils and pearls within my jewellery pieces; where some items are understated and minimal, other items are statement pieces. As a result no two pieces will be identical, so each item of jewellery will be original and unique. I am able to personalise jewellery, wedding jewellery and create one of a kind commissioned custom orders.

Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my order?
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most of my best-selling items listed in my shop are in stock and will be shipped either on the day ordered or the next working day.
Items that are made-to-order (commissions) or personalised will usually ship in 2 weeks from receipt of order; if they are likely to take longer I will let you know. For processing time details, please see individual items.
Please note that I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. Occasionally items get held up in the post, sometimes at customs or due to extreme weather conditions, holiday season etc. Actual delivery time will depend on the shopping method you choose.
What does eco-friendly silver/ ecosilver mean?
Eco Friendly (Ecosilver) Silver is simply 100% recycled sterling silver. It means that there has been no mining or human exploitation involved in sourcing the silver. Made of 100% recycled and scrap silver (from scrap sterling silver jewellery, medical equipment, electronics & giftware) for the same quality results but more environmentally friendly.
Care instructions
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air, lotions, potions and chemicals such as chlorine. You can keep your silver sparkling by regularly cleaning with a soft polishing cloth, or little bit of soapy water and an old soft toothbrush.
To keep all of your silver shining and gold gleaming it is recommended to carry out the following:
+ Put jewellery on last when dressing to minimise exposure to perfumes and body lotions.
+ Remove jewellery when swimming, bathing and sleeping.
What's the difference between solid gold, gold filled & gold plated?
"Gold filled" (or "rolled gold") comprises a solid layer of yellow or rose gold (14k) permanently bonded to a base metal, such as brass. The minimum layer of gold must equal at least 1/20th the weight of the total item. It is very hard wearing and under normal wear the gold will not peel or flake, unlike gold plate, and is commonly used as a more economical alternative to pure solid gold.
